Television needs to wake up

First, we have this writers strike. They finally settle that, and hooray, TV is back!

WRONG! No sooner did it come back, did it leave again for the summer break.

I call bullshit on this! What the hell was the point of bringing the shows back for only an episode or two??? This makes no sense to me.

Not only that, but a lot of good shows have apparently been killed because of the strike.

Journeyman was a really good show in my opinion. Gone.

Pushing Daisies was another good one. Gone.

I first thought Heroes might be dead too, but they finally updated their site to show that it's coming back...September 22!!!! WTF!?!? SEPTEMBER??? How stupid!

Bionic Woman is dead. Eh...I watched it, but could care less honestly.

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles is coming back in September too. Why? Of all the shows that aren't coming back, why bring this load of crap back?

Carpoolers is dead. Another "eh" one. I watched it, but I'm not heartbroken.

Chuck is coming back. But again...in SEPTEMBER!

New rule: writers strikes must now be handles like snow days in schools. If they are off for 2 weeks, then the episode must go 2 weeks further into the summer!

It's no wonder why people are not watching TV as much anymore. Not only do they have crap shows; but it seems most of the new shows are reality based. Enough with these damn reality shows.

In the end it just comes down to the fact that Hollywood just needs to wake up and get over itself.
