Lost in translation?

Here at work we have to work with a service provider that is located in France. It's always an experience when we have to contact them for assistance. Usually it's over the phone that provides the most confusion. But in this instance, it is an email.

I sent them an email to perform a service. This is the response I got:

Umm....okay. Yes, they should be concerned? More like I (and my company) should be concerned!!!
